Flash and text tutorial for downloading a file or a folder from FreeAgent DockStar.

The following provides the steps for downloading a file from your DockStar.

  1. Launch your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and enter the following URL into the address field:
    dockstar.pogoplug.com
    This launches the My library page.
  2. Browse to and locate a file that you wish to download.
  3. Click on the Download icon and save it to the desired location on your computer.

In addition, the following provides the steps for downloading a folder from your DockStar.

  1. Launch your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and enter the following URL into the address field:
    dockstar.pogoplug.com
    This launches the My library page.
  2. Browse to and locate a folder that you wish to download.
  3. Click on the Download icon and to save the folder to the desired location on your computer.
