If you have forgotten your DockStar’s password, there is a way to recover it. The following provides the steps for accessing the DockStar in the event that you forgot the password.
Note: You must be connected to the Internet to complete this process

1. Launch your web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and enter the following URL into the address field:
   dockstar.pogoplug.com
2. Click the Forgot your password? link to proceed. The Forgot your password applet opens.
3. Type the email address associated with your Dockstar into the field provided.
4. Click Reset. A page opens informing you that an email has been sent to the address associated with your DockStar with instructions for resetting your password.
5. Close your web browser and launch your email.
6. Open the email from Pogoplug for resetting your password.
7. Click the "Click here to reset your password" link. This transports you to the Pogoplug website’s Update your password page.
8. Create and confirm a new password for your DockStar.
9. Click Update. Your DockStar’s My library webpage opens. The password has been reset.
