Seagate Global Access may become non-functional complete system initialization and rebuild

The problem occurs when the user loses Global Access functionality after performing a complete system initialization and rebuild. This only occurs if all drives are removed and brand new drives are inserted. This will cause the unit to reinitialize and generate a new security key. Because Seagate Global Access would have an older security key, it would reject any calls from the Black Armor NAS 440/420 until the key is reset.
