During large file uploads, the Global Access web interface will timeout after an hour of inactivity and revert back to the login page with an error message. This article explains.

During large file uploads, the Global Access web interface will timeout after an hour of inactivity and revert back to the login page with a message underneath the password field stating, Your session has timed out please sign in again.  If your computer displays the upload dialogue box stating that files are still being uploaded through Global Access, do not cancel the upload or try to log back into Global Access. Wait until your computer states the upload has completed successfully before logging back into Global Access.

If you are uploading small files (under 100 MB), they will show up almost immediately through Global Access.  However, larger files do not display as quickly. Depending upon the size of the file uploaded (up to 2 GB) it can take up to 30 minutes before the Central Axis updates the shared files list and reports this information back through Global Access, thus making the files available to share.
