Issue: The user will be able to launch the Maxtor Manager the first time, but if they click on the title bar or in other areas of the window, the program will minimize to the taskbar. If the user tries to open it up from the taskbar, it will appear to restore, but will not be visible or usable. The user will then have to go to the task manager and end task the Maxtor Manager.
Another symptom with the same cause is if the user clicks the Drive Information button, the window will pop up on the screen, but it will only be partially visible. The close and OK buttons are not visible, so again the user will have to end task on the Maxtor Manager to be able to continue.
Cause: Both of these issues are caused by the user having a high DPI setting. The user needs to change their DPI settings to the standard 96 DPI to resolve the issue. Wording for this can be found in article 4239.
