My Mirra server is properly connected to my network, so why isn't it able to connect to mirra.com?

Troubleshooting and information on how to determine if the Mirra server's firmware has an expired security certificate.

In early November, 2004, the firmware security certificates stored on Mirra Personal Servers with firmware versions prior to 1.1.2 (1.0 to 1.1.1) expired and became invalid. As a result, such units can no longer securely connect with the Mirra Web Service. These units will no longer allow remote web access, nor will they check in with our Service and take further upgrades.

To determine if your Mirra server's firmware has an expired security certificate, open your Mirra client window and click on Help, and then About Mirra.  If you see that your Mirra server is running version 1048.0341 or earlier, contact support for help on upgrading your unit.  For example, here is what you will see on systems which MUST be upgraded:

  •
  • ""Mirra SW Version: 1048.0181-1.1release""
  • ""Mirra SW Version: 1048.0221-1.1release""
  • ""Mirra SW Version: 1048.0341-1.1release""
  • ""Mirra SW Version: 1048.0051-1.0release""

If you see version 1048.0351 or later, then there is something else that is keeping your Mirra server from communicating with our central servers.  Contact Mirra Technical Support for assistance on troubleshooting this issue.
