Problem
Customer installs our software on a PC (any supported OS) but the OneTouch Button does not launch any applications. Checking the OneTouch Setting confirms that it is mapped correctly but the button still does not work. Checking the task manager and the processes shows that OneTouch.exe and/or MXOALDR.exe and/or retrorun.exe are not running. Reinstalling the OneTouch utilities does not resolve this issue.
Solution:
Check to see if the customer has Ad-aware Professional installed. If it is, disable it in MSConfig (it will show up as Ad-aware and Ad-watch.) Reboot and do a reinstall of the OneTouch Settings (open the install CD, open Bin, Double-click Setup). Reboot and the OneTouch button will work. If the customer wants the OneTouch button to work he cannot have this software running in the background, it will disable the OneTouch button.
