My Lyve Home or Studio can’t connect to my home Wi-Fi network. What should I do?

If you’re having difficulty getting Lyve Home or Lyve Studio connected to your Wi-Fi network, try the steps below.

Restarting your network:

  • Unplug your Wi-Fi router, and unplug your Lyve Home (or Lyve Studio).
  • Wait about 10 seconds and then restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Wait another 10 seconds and then reattach the power cable to your LyveHome.
  • When your Lyve Home (or Lyve Studio) fully starts, try again to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Note that network passwords are often case-sensitive.
