Seagate Central - Can I use the same e-mail address to remotely access multiple users?


Seagate Central Remote Access accounts are limited to one e-mail address per account. This article explains.

Each Seagate Remote Access user must be associated with one unique e-mail address. If you already have an e-mail address associated with a user that is no longer in use, you may delete the Remote Access account. Once deleted, that e-mail address can be used for another Seagate Remote Access user.
Please follow this procedure to delete a Remote Access user:

  1. Log into http://access.seagate.com with the e-mail address you would like to delete:


     
  2. Click on the drop down menu next to your e-mail address on the top right and click on Account Summary:


     
  3. Click on Cancel Account.
