Provides instructions for using Seagate Global Access to access and play content saved on the Seagate Business NAS from a different network.

The content saved on your Seagate Business NAS can be accessed remotely from any location through the Seagate Global Access service.
Seagate Global Access must already be set up according to the instructions in Document ID: 005234.
To access your content:

  1. Go to http://seagate.tappin.com to sign in to your Seagate Global Access account.
  2. Select the my stuff tab from the top left.
  3. Under Resources, you will find your your NAS and shared items.
