Some Android devices may display an error message if you are attempting to connect to Seagate Wireless Plus' Wi-Fi signal.
Please follow this procedure to resolve this error message:

Connect to your Seagate Wireless Plus from the Wi-Fi settings on your Android device.

Launch the Seagate Media app on your Android device.

If you see the following error message:
You are not connected to Wi-Fi. Go to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and select Seagate Wireless 123 from the list of wireless network (where "123" will be the final three digits of your device's serial number).
then please uninstall the Seagate Media app. -
Reinstall the Seagate Media app.

Attempt to connect to Seagate Wireless Plus again.
