Seagate Central - Cannot activate my Remote Access account



Provides troubleshooting in case complications arise in activating a Remote Access account.

Please follow this procedure if you did not receive the activation email from Tappin when you created your Remote Access account, and therefore cannot activate your account:

  1. Go to http://access.seagate.com


     
  2. Select Forgot your Password.
    The system will send you an email with a way to reset your password.
  3. Once you change your password, you will have activated your Remote Access account.
